Deep sleep repairs your physical body, while REM sleep restores your mind. If you aren't tracking your Sleep Score, you're missing the data that actually matters.

This is one of the strongest predictors of cardiovascular health. A consistently high resting HR, even in people who feel fine, is a warning sign worth catching early.
