Last night, the Opera de Paris () performance of Romeo and Juliette was absolutely stunning! A feast for both the eyes and ears. The dancers’ movements are so tightly linked to every beat of the score that one could easily imagine that Sergei Prokofiev’s music had been inspired by Rudolf Nureyev’s choreography.
Bravo to Lorenzo Lelli and Roxane Stojanov who led a superb cast of principals! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Fabulous voices rang throughout the Theatre Athénée today at the semi-finals of this year’s Grandes Voix d’Afrique vocal competition! The jury, headed by Philippe Jaroussky, had their hands full selecting the finalists amongst a strong field of artists. The finals are on Saturday!!! 🎶

A scrumptious 3 course meal accompanied by two talented artists from the Madame Arthur Dinner Theatre (Madame Arthur) who delighted patrons with a program of chansons françaises.
