Burning the wrong fuel, letting it burn too hot can cause many issues…… talk to your installer or chimney sweep!!!!

Please get you pellet boiler cleaned by a competent person, or, when it gets cold, it won’t work….

Pellet burners need to be installed by a professional and they need sweeping too…

Please get a qualified installer to do your installation. it really is an investment and will save you money. 90 degree bends really don't work, they collect debris and cause severe damage. What is circled is a wooden wall plate, burnt by a rotten 90 degree bend hidden in the wall. Kitchen cupboards are not a great idea to hide the flue either!!!🤔😮
