Saving money tip: Start the year on a healthy path and make this quick and delicious, warming haricot bean and chorizo soup recipe from Tesco. This perfect winter dish can be made with many ingredients available from our Le Truck Market!

➡️2 tablespoons oil
➡️1 onion, chopped
➡️2 garlic finely chopped
➡️2 carrots cleaned and finely chopped
➡️1 x 200g can sweetcorn, drained
➡️1 x 400g can haricot beans, drained
➡️2 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
➡️1 tablespoon tomato puree
➡️ 100g chorizo
➡️300ml chicken or vegetable stock

Just fry off the onion, garlic and carrots until soft. Add the chorizo, then stir in the other ingredients, add the stock and leave to simmer for 20 minutes or so.
