Here's this small painting done. Next step is resin

I forgot to talk about this tiny girl. Originally, I stretched a thick watercolour paper like a canvas. It was some years ago when I was looking for solutions because I was tired of framing my watercolours paintings. I did this little portrait study as a test and let it die in some corner.... I found it back in January and decided to work on it with acrylic paint and do something about it. Here's the first layer of acrylic to give myself a fresh base on top of watercolour.

Super glossy :)
When I start a painting I know if the finish will be super glossy with resin, or if will be a matte varnish. It's all decided at the beginning.
