Pumpkin season= pumpkin soup time🎃
Here’s a great yet simple pumpkin soup recipe, all you need is:
🎃 a small pumpkin
🧅 one onion and 2 cloves of garlic
🥣 1,5l of stock/broth
🥛 half a glass of cream
Place chopped pumpkin, onion, garlic into a pot of stock and boil it for 15mins, until the pumpkin is tender. Then blend it all with a blender until completely smooth, adding the cream and salt/ pepper to your taste ✨
And voilà- very simple yet very tasty! I like to serve it with croutons (especially the ones made with some garlic)- the perfect soup for a cozy autumn evening.
