This year, one of the teams is working for ADP France to tackle the challenge of improving the proactivity in the delivery of customer experience across ADP’s clients in France. The emlyon International MBA class of 2020 travelled to Geneva to put International Business Regulation under the microscope. With the guidance of Prof. Hans Schlierer, they explored the inner workings of the WTO, not only how it shapes the business environment and but also how it is shaped by an era of globalisation. The second stop tugged right at the heart strings with the International Red Cross, to see how they drive the global NGO field, and how humanitarian values are honoured.
