We ask for a minimum of 5 days notice for a cake. And the more notice you give us-the better it will be!
We have an abundance of lady finger bananas in the garden this week so we are busy baking the best banana breads!! $10 each.
Great fresh or freeze for school lunches or toast with butter.

Heres a wedding cake I made for a lovely couple married at The Pearl, Pacific Harbour, Fiji.

I made my own 3 tiered, 9 layer wedding cake on the weekend!
The top tier is vanilla cake filled with lemon cheesecake.
The middle tier is chocolate cake filled with dark chocolate bounty and coconut.
The bottom tier is 4 layers of coconut cake, passionfruit cake, sticky date and banana cake filled with whipped vanilla cream.
Decorated with fresh flowers, coconut shards and whole passionfruit.
