There are little things we do before guests check in. Making sure the plants are fresh, thriving and living their best lives. And because they are slightly high maintenance, we make sure there’s always back up water and power at the farmstead.

So if there’s ever a water cut or power outage, don’t worry, the plants simply wouldn’t allow us to be unprepared.😌

One of the little joys of staying with us at the farmstead is watching the water lilies in the pond. They gently open in the morning, close around midday, and surprise you by opening again in the late evening. Take a quiet moment to sit by the water, slow down, and enjoy this natural rhythm it’s one of those peaceful farm experiences that we all love.
