Every year, a team of 1,800 volunteers steps in and makes Slush happen.
Now’s your chance to become one of them.
As a Volunteer, you’ll get hands-on experience shaping the world’s most founder-focused event. As a Volunteer Lead, you’ll recruit, train, and guide your own team.
Beyond the tasks, you’ll get a front-row seat to the startup ecosystem, meeting founders, investors, and builders while learning what it takes to create something this ambitious from the inside out. Plus, you’ll join a community of people who are just as curious and excited to build something new as you are.

Earlier this month, Casimir from the Slush Team was in San Francisco to host Builders Circle together with ICONIQ.
The event brought together an inspiring mix of early-stage founders from current and former Y Combinator batches.
We talked about how AI agents are changing the way engineers write software, how startups are moving faster than ever, and how younger founders are building increasingly ambitious companies.
And while the future of tech was at the center of every discussion, those conversations also reinforced something that doesn't change: some of the best ideas and opportunities spark when ambitious people gather in the same room.

Every year, Slush x RAISE brings together some of Europe's most promising emerging managers and top LPs.
But who decides which of them get the spotlight?
Each application is reviewed by two LPs from the selection committee, which includes Funds of funds, University Endowments, Family Offices, and Foundations & Asset Managers.
The 20 chosen managers get to pitch on stage in front of 150+ LPs and join an invite-only dinner with the committee.
