"እግዚአብሔር በቸርነቱ እስካሁን ጠላትን አጥፍቶ አገር አስፍቶ አኖረኝ፡፡ እኔም እስካሁን በእግዚአብሔር ቸርነት ገዛሁ፡፡ እንግዲህ ብሞትም ሞት ለሁሉ ነውና ስለ እኔ ሞት አላዝንም፤ ደግሞ እግዚአብሔር አሳፍሮኝ አያውቅም፤ እንግዲህም ያሳፍረኛል ብዬ አልጠራጠርም፡፡ አሁንም አገር የሚያጠፋ፣ ሃይማኖት የሚለውጥ ጠላት እግዚአብሔር የወሰነልንን የባሕር በር አልፎ መጥቷልና እኔም ያገሬ ከብት ማለቁንና የሰዉን መድከም አይቼ እስካሁን ዝም ብለው ደግሞ እያለፈ እንደ ፍልፈል መሬት ይቆፍር ጀመር፡፡ አሁን ግን በእግዚአብሔር ረዳትነት አገሬን አሳልፌ አልሰጠውም፡፡ ያገሬ ሰው ካሁን ቀደም የበደልሁህ አይመስለኝም፤ አንተም እስካሁን አላስቀየምከኝም፡፡ ጉልበት ያለህ በጉልበትህ እርዳኝ፡፡ ጉልበት የሌለህ ለልጅህ፣ ለምሽትህ፣ ለሃይማኖትህ ስትል በሐዘን እርዳኝ፡፡ ወስልተህ የቀረህ ግን ኋላ ትጣላኛለህ፡፡ አልተውህም ማርያምን፤ ለዚህ አማላጅ የለኝም፡፡ ዘመቻዬ በጥቅምት ነውና የሸዋ ሰው እስከ ጥቅምት እኩሌታ ድረስ ወረኢሉ ከትተህ ላግኝህ፡፡"
የአድዋ ጦርነት ዘመቻ ወቅት ምኒልክ ያስተላለፉት የክተት አዋጅ ነበር።

"ለመንግስት ሰራተኞች የሚሰጠው የብቃት ምዘና ከሥራ መዘርዝር የሚወጡ 120 ጥያቄዎችን ይይዛል"ዶ/ር መኩሪያ ኃይሌ

📌የፌዴራል ሲቪል ሰርቪስ ኮሚሽን ኮሚሽነር ዶ/ር መኩሪያ ኃይሌ፣ በሁለተኛው ምዕራፍ (Wave 2) ወደ ሪፎርም ከገቡ ዘጠኝ ሚኒስቴር መሥሪያ ቤቶች ጋር በነበራቸው የሥራ መድረክ ላይ የመንግስት ሰራተኞች የብቃት ምዘና ዝርዝር ሁኔታዎችን ይፋ አድርገዋል።

📌ለእያንዳንዱ የሥራ መደብ 120 የቴክኒክ ብቃት ጥያቄዎች የሚዘጋጁ ሲሆን፣ ጥያቄዎቹም በቀጥታ ከሠራተኛው የሥራ መዘርዝር (Job Description) የሚወጡ ይሆናል።

📌ከቴክኒክ ጥያቄዎች በተጨማሪ፣ ለሁሉም የመንግስት ሰራተኞች ተመሳሳይ የሆኑ የባህሪ ምዘና ጥያቄዎች ይቀርባሉ።

📌 ኮሚሽነር ዶ/ር መኩሪያ ኃይሌ እንደገለጹት፣ እስካሁን የነበረው በንድፈ-ሀሳብ (Theory) ላይ ብቻ ያተኮረ አሰራር ቀርቶ፣ ከዚህ በኋላ ሠራተኛው በእውቀት፣ በክህሎትና በባህሪ ተመዝኖ ወደ ሲቪል ሰርቪሱ እንዲገባ ይደረጋል።

📌ወደ ሲቪል ሰርቪሱ የሚገባ ማንኛውም ሠራተኛ ከቴክኒክና ሙያ ደረጃ ሁለት በላይ መሆን ይኖርበታል። አሁን በሥራ ላይ ያሉና ከዚህ ደረጃ በታች የሆኑ ሠራተኞችም ሰልጥነው እንዲመዘኑ ይደረጋል።

በመድረኩ ላይ የቴክኒካል ብቃት 15 ክፍሎች፣ የባህሪ ብቃት ደግሞ 12 ክፍሎች እንዲኖሩት ተደርጎ መዘጋጀቱ ተገልጿል።

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced that Israel has officially recognized the Republic of Somaliland as an independent and sovereign state, marking a significant diplomatic development in the Horn of Africa.

In a statement released on Thursday, Netanyahu said the recognition was formalized through a “joint and mutual declaration” signed together with Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar and Somaliland President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi. He described the declaration as being “in the spirit of the Abraham Accords,” which were signed under the initiative of US President Donald Trump.

Netanyahu said he congratulated President Abdirahman on what he described as a “historic declaration,” praising his leadership and commitment to promoting stability and peace. The Israeli prime minister also extended an invitation to the Somaliland president to pay an official visit to Israel.

According to Netanyahu, President Abdirahman welcomed the move and expressed appreciation for Israel’s role in counterterrorism efforts and advancing regional peace.

The Israeli prime minister further acknowledged the role of Foreign Minister Sa’ar, Mossad Director David Barnea, and Israel’s intelligence services in facilitating the recognition.

Netanyahu said Israel plans to “immediately expand” relations with Somaliland through broad cooperation in agriculture, health, technology, and the economy.

ፓዊ በዘመነ ደርግ በአምባገነኑ ስርዓትም ውስጥ ሆና ሁለንተናዊ ማንሰራራት ላይ ነበረች።ከኢህአዴግ መግባት በኋላ ግን ይሄ ነገር።ከነበረው ተሽለን መገኘት ቢያቅተን እንኳን የነበረውን ማጣት አልነበረብንም። ከዚህ ቦታ ላይ በዚህ ሰዓት ምንም አይነት ነገር የለም።
