Job brief
We are looking for responsible Executive Assistants to support senior executives in a timely and professional manner. You will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to top-level executives.
The Executive Assistant’s primary duties include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and organizing daily calendars. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Our ideal candidate also has previous experience as an Executive Assistant and is familiar with office management technologies.
Ultimately, you should be able to identify and address the needs of senior managers and perform administrative tasks to ensure our company’s workflow runs smoothly.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily calendars of senior executives
• Plan appointments and events
• Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
• Create regular reports and update internal databases
• Make travel arrangements
• Manage phone calls and emails
• Respond promptly to executive's queries
• Manage petty cash and personal expenses
• Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
• Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Collect and Compile reports

Requirements
• Proven working experience as an executive assistant or senior executive assistant
• Excellent MS Office knowledge and English proficiency
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Aware of the latest office gadgets and applications
• Acquainted with office management systems and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Fluency in the English Language (Don’t apply if you are not comfortable in your Language)
• Amharic typing skill
• Discretion and confidentiality
• BA in Secretarial science and office management

Salary
20,000- 25,000 negotiable gross monthly wage based on prior experience
