Bieza Negussie

Senior Advocate

Bieza Nigussie is a lawyer based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Before Bieza started her own law office in 2015, she worked as Legal Expert and Assistant Judge at the Federal First Instance Court of Ethiopia for over five years. In addition, using her previous journalism experience from Ethiopian Press Agency, she did run the court’s monthly magazine as editor in chief to help build a bridge between the court and the community that it serves. Attorney Bieza Nigussie has been appointed to be a member of the Legal and Justice Affairs Advisory Council Secretariat, formed by the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Attorney General’s Office. She is also a member of the Advocacy License Issuance Committee at the same office. She traveled throughout Africa and Europe where she participated as a jury and trainee. She is currently the General Secretariat of the Ethiopian Lawyer Association. Attorney Bieza graduated from the prestigious Addis Ababa University’s School of Law.
