10 things you should know about Elon Musks Nuralink project.

1. Elon Musk's latest innovation, Neuralink, is a neurotechnology designed to directly link humans and computers.

2. Neuralink will use advanced algorithms and miniaturized electronic devices placed inside the brain to facilitate our brains’ ability to communicate with machines.

3. It is believed that Neuralink will use EEG (electroencephalogram) recordings of neurons in the brain which can be picked up by tiny electrodes implanted into the user’s brain.

4. The technology could open up possibilities of treating various diseases including paralysis, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, depression, anxiety and even addiction.

5. Neuralink also has enormous potential applications in prosthetics as well; it could potentially enable amputees to control robotic prosthesis with their brains like they would their own limbs.

6. In addition to physical applications, Neuralink could significantly improve human-computer interaction through improved communication between the two.

7. This will create a platform for a fully integrated AI system where machines operate more efficiently than ever before due to real-time access of human intelligence in decision making processes as part of human-machine symbiosis.
8. Furthermore, there have been suggestions that this technology may lead to humans gaining new abilities such as enhanced memory recall or potential superpowers such as superhuman strength or mental ability which is referred to as "human augmentation."
