Hi Beautiful you!

When people ask me about sleep, they often expect a list of supplements or tricks. The QUICK sleep fix!

But some of the biggest changes came from things that had very little to do with sleep itself.

Learning to slow down.
Creating more calm in my days.
Reducing overstimulation.
Getting outside earlier.
Being kinder to myself.

Good Morning Beautiful Human 🤍

Before checking your phone.
Before answering messages.
Before rushing into the day.

Take a moment for yourself.

This morning I stepped out onto my terrace, moved my body a little, gave myself a hug, took a deep breath and checked in with how I was actually feeling.

Sometimes we wake up carrying tension we didn’t even realise was there.

A stiff neck.
Tight shoulders.
A busy mind.
A nervous system already preparing for the day ahead.

So instead of jumping straight into doing, I invite you to spend just a few moments being.

Stretch.
Breathe.
Move gently.
Give yourself a squeeze.
Let your body know you’re listening.

Small moments like these may seem simple, but the nervous system notices them more than we think.

Wishing you a calm and beautiful day ahead 🌙

I believe and have noticed that we all spend a lot of time trying to fix ourselves.

It’s not something we just decided ..We get it fed to us to all the time. How to find the key to something overly amazing and fix ourselves.

Fix our sleep.
Fix our stress.
Fix our emotions.
Fix our relationships.

But… Sometimes what we are feeling is not something that needs fixing at all.

Sometimes it is simply an asking to be listened to.
Ok hear me out…

A tired body may need rest.
A busy mind may need quiet.
A lonely heart may need connection.
A nervous system may need safety.

The older I get, the more I realise myself that healing is often less about adding more and more and more about creating space.

In my 1:1 sessions I create space. Space for you.
A space where you can be you.

Space to breathe.
Space to feel.
Space to hear ourselves again.

Space to just BE. Maybe this is your reminder for today 🤍
Today try not to fix - just pause and breathe and BE. Simply live and listen within.
