Marbella. Retreat.
A few months ago Dev Patel asked me to create something different. Something that would make the audience think differently about their work and their life.
I called it Life’s Riches.
Inspired by Matthew McConaughey’s Greenlights — a book about red lights, green lights, and what the rearview mirror eventually reveals about every setback you’ve ever had.
The room went through some real emotions. People told me afterwards it resonated deeply. The Google reviews started coming in before I’d even left the building.
That means everything.
Alongside some brilliant sessions from Ed Jackson on adversity and resilience, the incredible Avijit Banerjee who had the room laughing and thinking at the same time, Payman Sobhani on Curodont, Nikhil Sethi on Elevate and Kautham Haran on Voicestack.
Dev opened the day with a vision for Dental Beauty that genuinely excites me.
The best conversations though? Over dinner. Away from the slides. Just people being honest about life and what actually matters.
