golden kiwi
yellow pear
pineapple
mango
melon
papaya
yellow plum

🍞 ingredients
• sourdough (pumpkin seeds & nuts bread)
• 2 dates
• coconut yogurt (no added sugar)
• peanut butter
• cacao powder
• banana
• dark chocolate (sugar-free)
👩🍳 how i made it
1. toast the bread.
2. mash 2 dates and spread them like caramel.
3. mix coconut yogurt, peanut butter, and cacao powder.
4. spread the mixture on top.
5. add banana slices.
6. grate some dark chocolate on top.
that’s it ✨

2. add a light layer of avocado.
3. add arugula.
4. place cod liver in pieces.
5. add thin slices of red onion.
6. drizzle olive oil and a bit of citrus.
7. close, press, and cut.

• shredded coconut
• dark chocolate (sugar-free)

2. mix with shredded coconut until combined.
3. shape into small balls.
4. place in the freezer while melting the chocolate.
5. dip each ball into melted chocolate.
6. refrigerate or freeze until set.

This one turned out so good — light, juicy, and full of flavor.
Cucumber, avocado, pomegranate, dill, and marinated red onion layered with olive oil and lemon… such a good combination.
