🌍 Progetto Erasmus+ QUALITY YOUTH MENTORING FOR INCLUSION: il Pilot Test di Parent Project aps

🎯 Empowerment e inclusione
Sta per concludersi il progetto europeo Quality Youth Mentoring for Inclusion, che ha coinvolto Parent Project aps e associazioni di Spagna, Croazia e Cipro. L’obiettivo? Creare un programma di mentoring per giovani con malattie rare, costruendo relazioni significative tra mentor e mentee per superare insieme le sfide della quotidianità.

🤝 Un percorso sperimentale di successo
In Italia, grazie al lavoro dell’educatore Vittorio Montixi, sono state formate 6 coppie mentor/mentee, con feedback positivi e relazioni che continuano a crescere. Ogni coppia ha esplorato temi come:

🌟 Condivisione di esperienze e obiettivi personali
💡 Gestione delle emozioni e sviluppo di resilienza
🤲 Costruzione di reti di supporto
📖 Il prossimo passo
A fine anno sarà pubblicata una Guida metodologica, realizzata con il contributo dei partner europei, per condividere le best practice sul mentoring dedicato alle malattie rare.
