As summer begins to soften into September, we find ourselves returning to the little rituals that make home feel particularly good.

One of our favourites is remarkably simple: a pot of German chamomile.

Our new Chamomile Evening Ritual brings together organic German chamomile flowers, an elegant glass teapot, an apothecary-style storage jar and wooden spoon - everything needed to turn an ordinary evening cup into a moment of pause.

Chamomile has a long history of traditional use as an evening herbal infusion, loved for its delicate floral character and comforting simplicity.

To prepare: add 2–3 teaspoons to your teapot, pour over water at a maximum of 80°C and allow it to steep for 10–15 minutes.
