When PhysioCure, one of Cairo's most prestigious physiotherapy clinics came to us to expand, the question was never what to design. It was how to take everything their patients already loved about the Fifth Settlement branch.

We kept the palette bright and clean, whites and soft neutrals that don't just look clinical, they feel actively healing. Colors that tell your nervous system everything is going to be fine before a single session begins.

At the heart of the new branch sits the hydraulic elevator as the design signature that ties both locations together. The elements that tells them without a word — same standard, same care, same people who got it right the first time.

The goal was never to split the room into three and call it done. It was to make each child walk in and feel like someone had been thinking about them specifically. Their favorite color. The way they play. The world they disappear into when no one is watching.

We began by stripping away the visual noise to establish a minimalist-by-choice foundation, then layered in the "soul" through a tactile dialogue of large-scale travertine panels and an architectural Modern Mashrabiya.

The result is a space that remains structurally silent while being maximalist in its organic soul, proving that true luxury is found in the weight of the materials rather than the volume of the decor.
