لأننا مؤمنين إن المهارة بتخلق فرصة أحسن للمستقبل، وبناءً على احتياجات السوق والفرص الموجودة في أسوان، قررنا نبدأ تدريب الضيافة هناك لأن قطاع الضيافة والسياحة فيه فرص كبيرة للشغل والتطور.

ومن خلال برنامج Train to Hire، بدعم من World Food Programme، هدفنا نحول التدريب لفرص توظيف حقيقية، لأننا مؤمنين إن التمكين الاقتصادي وتوفير فرص العمل هما خطوة أساسية نحو مستقبل أكثر أمان غذائي.

Because we understand that skills create better opportunities for the future, and based on the growing market demand in Aswan, we decided to launch our hospitality training program there where the hospitality industry holds strong potential for employment and career growth.

Through Train to Hire, supported by World Food Programme, we aim to turn training into real hiring opportunities, believing that economic empowerment and access to jobs are key steps toward a more food-secure future.

فخورين بمتدربينا في #الإسكندرية بعد ما خلصوا بنجاح تدريب الكهرباء ضمن برنامج **Train to Hire**، بدعم من برنامج الأغذية العالمي ( ).

خلال التدريب، اتعلموا استخدام الأدوات بشكل آمن واكتسبوا مهارات عملية أساسية في مجال الكهرباء، وده بيفتح لهم فرص حقيقية للشغل أو حتى بداية شغلهم الخاص.

ومن خلال برنامج **Train to Hire**، الهدف مش بس التدريب، لكن تحويل المهارة لفرصة حقيقية تساعد الأفراد يبنوا مصدر دخل مستدام ويحققوا اعتماد أكبر على نفسهم، بما يساهم في تحسين الأمن الغذائي ليهم ولأسرهم.

لأن التأثير الحقيقي بيبدأ لما المهارة تتحول لفرصة

We are proud of our trainees in for successfully completing their electricity training as part of the **Train to Hire Program**, supported by the World Food Programme ( ).

Throughout the training journey, participants gained hands-on experience in safe tool usage and developed essential electrical skills, opening doors to employment opportunities and freelance work.

Through the **Train to Hire Program**, the goal goes beyond training. It is about turning skills into real opportunities that support sustainable livelihoods, strengthen self-reliance, and contribute to long-term food security for individuals and their families.

Because real begins when skills turn into opportunity.

دي من أكتر الجُمل اللي بنفرح بسماعها بعد كل تدريب، لأنها بتأكد إن التعلم ما وقفش عند التدريب… لكنه بدأ يتحول لأفكار وخطوات حقيقية للمستقبل امن اكتر.
فخورين جداً بكل متدربينا في الدورة التانية من تدريب التطريز، اللي كملوا رحلتهم ووصلوا ليوم التخرج بنجاح 👏✨

This is one of the most rewarding things we hear after every training, because it confirms that learning didn’t stop in the classroom, it has turned into real ideas and future steps toward a more secure future.
