Creative Graphic Designer Required

Job Description:
- Responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to directories/clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions.
- Designs are required for a huge variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, computer games, mobile applications, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving organization a visual 'brand'.
- works to a brief agreed with the client, creative director or account manager. They develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet organisation's objectives.
- estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients;
- developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
- thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
- presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers;
- working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design.

- keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Aftereffect.
- developing interactive design;
- commissioning illustrators and photographers;
- working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.

The 3rd-Element is looking for a social media specialist who lives for the chance to grow and engage an online community that is passionate about our brands. She/he will serve as a full time online community manager, working with our existing communications team to monitor all social properties, create unique, engaging content and actively participate on social media. This includes reviewing and preparing content and coordinating production deadlines with news events, company announcements, marketing efforts and community interests. The Social Media Specialist must have strong creative and professional writing skills and will work as part of the communications team to brainstorm and create social initiatives that grow our targeted online communities. He/she will be a continual learner, following and absorbing the trends of social media and incorporating best practices into the company’s social strategy to successfully/strategically grow The 3rd-Element social footprint and influence.
* Fresh & 1-2 years of experience
* In-depth knowledge of Social Media and Social PR
* Creative, energetic and driven personality
* Excellent presentation / communication skills
* Excellent writing skills
* Focused on achieving defined results, and exceeding goals and objectives
