At Anix Design, we had the opportunity to visualize this project in New Alamein — a coastal destination that embodies modern living by the sea. Our aim was to create a vibrant environment where architecture meets leisure: pools, waterfront cafes, and residential blocks framed by greenery and light. Every detail was developed to reflect elegance, comfort, and the Mediterranean character of New Alamein. We’re proud to have contributed to the city’s transformation into one of Egypt’s most iconic destinations.
