We don't do the typical "tell me about yourself" interview. Never have.

It starts with us. We introduce ourselves, give candidates space to ask anything they want about the role or the company, and then we let the conversation go where it goes. No script. No interrogation.

Because the way someone shows up in that conversation is exactly how they'll show up on a call. Hesitation, filler words, low energy, we notice. Excitement, confidence, good English, real curiosity, we notice that too.

What we're looking for isn't complicated. Cold calling background, discipline, and someone who actually wants to be here. Skills and culture fit, both. No compromise on either.

The interview isn't a formality at Winirix. It's the first real test. And most people don't even realize it's happening.

Most training programs stop at product knowledge. Ours starts there and then goes somewhere different.

Before any agent at Winirix goes live, they go through a full training program built around one thing: appointment setting done right. That means product knowledge, yes. But also tonality, objection handling, mindset, and consistency under pressure.

We don't want agents who can recite information. We want agents who can hold a conversation, read a room, and move it forward.

The training is led by a dedicated trainer, not thrown onto a team lead with ten other responsibilities. It covers systems, soft skills, live call shadowing, and real role play simulations. And nobody goes live until they pass an assessment. Not based on time. Based on readiness.

Because putting someone on a live call before they're ready doesn't just hurt performance. It hurts the person.

Every agent at Winirix gets 30 minutes of QA coaching every week. Not just the ones who are struggling. Everyone.

If you're doing well, that session looks different. We review your calls, we tell you exactly what's working, and then we give you 15 minutes back just to breathe. No agenda. A small way of saying we see you.

If there's room to improve, the session is still the same energy. Evaluated calls, honest feedback, practical tips. No blame, no pressure.

Our QA team doesn't sit above agents. They sit beside operations. Their job is to make sure every agent is set up to do their work the right way, and when something unusual comes up, it goes to the agent's direct manager and they figure it out together.
