يُعد حكم التحكيم نهائيًا وملزمًا، إلا أن قانون التحكيم المصري رقم 27 لسنة 1994 أتاح — على سبيل الاستثناء — دعوى البطلان كضمانة جوهرية لصحة الإجراءات وتحقيق العدالة، دون المساس باستقرار المعاملات أو إرادة الأطراف.

📌 وتقوم دعوى البطلان فقط إذا شاب الحكم عيب جوهري، من بينها:
🔹 عدم وجود أو بطلان اتفاق التحكيم
🔹 الإخلال بحق الدفاع
🔹 التشكيل غير الصحيح لهيئة التحكيم
🔹 تجاوز هيئة التحكيم لحدود اختصاصها
🔹 بطلان الإجراءات بما أثّر في الحكم

⚠️ ومع ذلك، تبقى رقابة المحكمة محدودة ولا تمتد إلى موضوع النزاع، احترامًا لمبدأ استقلال التحكيم وحجيّة أحكامه.
