🔹Position: Technical Engineer – Furniture & Woodwork

▪️Qualifications:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts or a related field.
2- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in furniture production, woodworking factories, or similar sectors.
3- Previous involvement in residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail fit-out projects.
4- Excellent command of AutoCAD (experience with 3D design software is an added advantage).
5- Strong technical knowledge of wood types, materials, and finishing systems.
6- Detail-oriented with solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
7- Capable of working efficiently both independently and within cross-functional teams.

▪️Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Coordinate shop drawings and technical submissions in line with client and consultant requirements.
2- Maintain strict adherence to project specifications, approved materials, and quality standards.
3- Offer technical guidance and clarifications to clients to support approvals and project finalization.
4- Participate in pricing and cost estimation

Job Title: TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER with Wood Joinery Background Reporting Officer Department Head

Training Skills:
Arabic / English Communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Perform difficult technical work supervising and scheduling.
Wood Joinery worked experience is a must.
AutoCAD is a must

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during ex*****on.
2.Set the mobilization plan of the project based on the project requirements.
3.Prepare RFIs and send them to the project consultant to obtain missing information and resolve all conflicts.
4.Communicate with concerned departments to prepare the general procurement plan.
5.Prepare a monthly procurement and financial plan to determine the site needs for the upcoming month.
6.Conduct estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that need to be purchased or procured.
7.Conduct the quantity surveying process to prepare required invoices.
8.Prepare the subcontractors’ and client’s invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer.
9.Prepare and follow up the Variation Orders and prepare Notice to Claim in cooperation with the Contracts team.
10.Prepare periodical reports such as Quantity Executed Invoices and send them to the concerned departments.
11.Assist for progress invoice and final invoice if required by management.

1.Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and other project participants
2.Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
3.Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother ex*****on
4.Assist in reviewing project drawings and specifications to gain a full understanding of project
scope, client goals and expectations, and resource requirements for each phase of the project.
5.Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
6.Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end
7.Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships
8.Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and/or scheduling
requirements
