Chef Pere Planagumà - has earned 2 Michelin stars working at Les Cols in Girona, Spain
Renowned for his exceptionally creative and sustainable Catalan/Spanish cuisine. He is also a distinguished professor at Harvard University and is currently working with the renowned Ferran Adrià, Joan Roca, and other chefs on the relation between science and cooking.
Chef Pere began his career at the legendary La Tour d’Argent then El Bulli, which is one of the best restaurants of all time that has set the stage for some of today’s most celebrated chefs.

Chef Pere has recreated the classic mozzarella using plant based ingredients through the process of molecular gastronomy - a discipline that uses scientific principles in cooking. He combines the richness of coconut milk with specialized texturizers to create a vegan cheese with a similar melt-in-your-mouth consistency as traditional mozzarella. The result is a creamy, flavorful alternative that delights both vegans and cheese lovers.
