4. Possess good experience in Veeva & PromoMats submission.
5. Control the quality of the medical materials developed to ensure high-quality and accuracy of the final outcome.
6. Support other functions in answering scientific and medical-related questions.
7. Provide medical solutions to meet clients’ requirements.
8. Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.
9. Ready to start immediately is a plus.

Job Title: Sales Account Manager (Pharma or Non-Pharma Graduate)
Job Requirements:
1. Opening new accounts & meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs, maintaining relationships and closing deals.
2. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
3. Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.
4. Presenting campaign ideas and costing to clients.
5. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
6. Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
7. Managing internal work flow, while corresponding and coaching Client briefing, De-briefing, brainstorming, planning, presentation, feedback and amends.
8. Overseeing work through these stages (Medical, Creative, Art, Multimedia, Exhibitions, Production and Purchase departments). (Supervision)
9. Prepares monthly sales report showing sales volume, sales performance against target, potential sales, areas of proposed client base expansion and reporting on variances.
