We're looking for a dynamic Client-Facing SAP Project Manager to join our PMO team. This is a high-impact role leading full-cycle SAP ERP implementations across multiple industries in Egypt and the GCC.
You will be the strategic link between client stakeholders and our technical teams, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and deliver transformative impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the complete lifecycle of multiple concurrent SAP ERP implementations (discovery to go-live).
Serve as the primary client contact, driving alignment, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
Control project scope, timeline, budget, and risk.
Lead key client sessions: workshops, UAT, and go-live planning.
Ensure robust change management, documentation, and training are delivered.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
5+ years of ERP project management experience (consulting/vendor preferred).
Minimum 2–3 full-cycle SAP ERP implementations successfully delivered.
Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, SCM, HR, CRM).
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, MS Project).
PMP, Prince2, or ERP-specific certifications are a strong asset.
Bilingual fluency (English and Arabic) is highly advantageous.
Willingness to travel across client sites in Egypt and the GCC is required.

Senior SAP Basis Administrator ( 5+ years Experience )
Basis Consultant - Senior Associate ( 2-4 Years Experience)

Responsibilities:

Perform daily SAP Basis administration tasks, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and health checks.

Manage and execute SAP transports and client copies.

Handle user and role management, ensuring system security and access control.

Install, configure, and upgrade various SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, BW).

Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP Basis issues, working closely with functional and development teams.

Implement and maintain SAP security patches and updates.

Participate in system refresh, backup, and recovery activities.

Contribute to ongoing projects, such as system migrations and new implementations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Fluent In English

Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and administration.

Proven experience with SAP installations, upgrades, and migrations.

Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) and databases (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
