Year EIGHT of The Catalyst’s Training of Trainers Program is here!!
A New cycle with higher bars🔥

What’s different this year?

🔷 A new Learning Management System with a significantly improved user experience,

🔷 Enhancements to the gamification system, including expanded resources and a richer virtual economy,

🔷 Expanded content with more field-tested data and highly practical materials (templates, tools, and resources) to support real performance,

🔷 New additions to the training family (details to be announced),

🔷 The same structured process and yes, it remains performance-based (you may pass or fail). Progress depends on demonstrated effort and outcomes.

The program is delivered by The following Catalyst trainers:

Menna Allam ((The Educated One))

Mohamed Tarek ((The Wise One))

Mohamed Mekkawy ((The Supportive One))

Moe Ash ((The Sarcastic One))

Together, they run the 82-hour experience.
Tri-weekly: Saturday – Monday – Wednesday.

نقاش عملي، تفكير واضح، نقاش بين زمايل المهنة وكلام ميستهلكش أكسجين بدون داعٍ. على مدار 3 جلسات، هنفتح 3 مواضيع من النوع اللي كل شوية يطلع حواليها:
لخبطة, جدال, و هلك كتير.

أنا و فريق كتاليست هناقش الأسئلة اللي بنشوفها تتكرر باستمرار في مجال الـ L&D، خصوصًا الأسئلة اللي السوق أحيانًا بيجاوب عليها بثقة زيادة اوي. ثقة اغلب الكبار في السوق الدولي صعب تكون عندهم. ف حنرد بمصادر و ربنا يدينا على قد نيتنا بقى.

الطموح هنا هو النقاش و المشاركة. و نختار بس 70 شخص للحضور.
