PERGOLA THEATRE
We’re thrilled to play a prominent part in Pergola Theatre, a project designed and executed by Cairo-based studio Cluster, in collaboration with London-based studio and Orient for Film & Theater Productions, under the auspices of the Giza Governorate.
This theatre is partly constructed from recycled plastic, featuring two striking 8-meter-high towers built by Reblox from its sustainable building blocks. Their bold red glow rises from the landscape, a vivid statement of design meeting environmental responsibility.
Complementing the structure are roof shades by Verynile and floor tiles by , completing a space where sustainability and creativity unite.
The project is proudly supported by “Anhar”, the Culture and Climate Platform, a collaborative initiative between Art Jameel and the British Council Egypt.

Thrilled to introduce our Zero Waste Event Concept in collaboration with Informa Markets at Cityscape Egypt 🌍
Our solution is simple yet powerful: modular, sustainable structures built from recycled plastic blocks. These blocks are designed for temporary pavilions and pop-ups that can be assembled, dismantled, and reused — eliminating event waste and promoting .
This booth was built entirely out of 700kg of recycled plastic, and after the event, every piece will be reused with absolutely zero waste. ♻️
With this pavilion, we aim to set a new benchmark for sustainable event design that aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals and inspires a greener future for the industry. 🌱

This approach not only ensures that materials are ultimately reused, renewed, and repurposed but also aligns seamlessly with the (SDGs).
Vivid sustainable events.
We joined forces with to make fancy zero waste events at RiseUp Grand Egyptian Museum. We circulated what we used before and curated differently for a new event. ♻️The market place was built entirely by our block. We renewed 1,200kg of plastic.🌳which is equivalent to 55,000 of plastic bottles.

The essence of this design project is to establish a sustainable Pavilion that serves as a catalyst for creativity and engagement among individuals. This space is envisioned to foster connections, enabling participants to mingle, explore innovative ideas, and learn through play, while also discovering their inherent capabilities.
The design approach employs Reblox, as a primary building material that allows for effortless reconfiguration. This innovative use of blocks transforms the entire environment into an interactive experience, where users can continuously redesign their surroundings, thus creating an infinite array of experiences.
The Pavilion is meticulously organized into three distinct zones:
1. Dynamic Wall Zone:
The staggered base, complemented by interactive walls, cultivates a dynamic atmosphere where individuals can engage both physically and intellectually to enhancing the overall experience.
2. Famous Wonders Zone:
Designed as an educational hub, this zone showcases renowned wonders from around the globe, alongside biographies of distinguished scientists who have made significant contributions to the academic realm.
3. Pick a Brick Zone:
This area is dedicated to igniting the imagination and creativity of its visitors. The primary objective is to encourage collaborative thinking, allowing individuals to construct make replicas of whatever they can envision.
4. City Replica Zone:
Located at the heart of the pavilion, this small-scale city replica illustrates the city’s infrastructure and primary facilities, serving as an engaging focal point for visitors.
In alignment with cradle-to-cradle design principles, this project utilizes 4.75 tons of previously unused plastic, with privilege of serial reuse. The design allows for infinite reconfiguration and can ultimately be disassembled seamlessly, returning the space to its original state. All blocks will be renewed with zero waste and repurposed for future projects, ensuring a commitment to environmental stewardship.
