🚀 WYA+ Company is Hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer (with BIM Expertise)!

We’re expanding our Technical Office in Nasr City, Cairo, and we’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong BIM capabilities to join our team.

If you’re experienced, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality mechanical solutions using BIM workflows—this opportunity is for you!

🔹 Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Mechanical design & coordination (HVAC – Plumbing – Fire Fighting)
• Strong BIM skills: Revit, AutoCAD, and understanding of coordinated models
• Solid knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and clash resolution
• Experience with Navisworks is a strong advantage
• Ability to lead coordination meetings and communicate effectively with other disciplines
• Excellent command of English (spoken & written)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate mechanical systems within integrated BIM models
• Develop and review LOD 300–500 models for construction & shop drawings
• Lead mechanical interface coordination with Architecture, Structure, and Electrical teams
• Ensure all designs comply with the BEP, project standards, and QA/QC procedures
• Review shop drawings, details, and technical submissions for accuracy and completeness
• Support and enhance BIM workflows within the technical office
