مش رفاهية… دي حقوق.
تجربة حقيقية في محطة القطار في إسبانيا خلتني أشوف قد إيه التفاصيل الصغيرة بتفرق في حياة ناس كتير.
من أول التذكرة… لحد دخول القطر بسهولة وأمان، كل خطوة كانت محسوبة ومهتمة بالإنسان.
نفسي نشوف التجربة دي في مصر قريب 🤍
This is not a luxury… it’s a right.
A real experience in Spain showed me how small details can completely change people’s lives.
From booking the ticket to boarding the train with ease and safety, everything was designed with care.
I truly hope we see this in Egypt soon 🤍
