تتضمن مسؤوليات الوظيفة ما يلي على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
تنسيق أنشطة وعمليات المكتب لضمان الكفاءة والامتثال لسياسات الشركة.
تقديم التقارير في الوقت المناسب وإعداد العروض التقديمية/المقترحات حسب التكليف/ حسابات الشركة الداخلية .
إدارة الأجندات/ترتيبات المواعيد وما إلى ذلك.
تحية الزوار وإدارة المكالمات الهاتفية والمراسلات (البريد الإلكتروني والرسائل والحزم وما إلى ذلك).
تتبع مخزون اللوازم المكتبية ووضع الطلبات عند الضرورة.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
0-1 سنة من الخبرة العملية المثبتة في نفس المنصب.
اناث فقط
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
المام تام بتطبيقات الاوفيس و التعامل مع الكمبيوتر
مستوى جيد للغة الانجليزية
مهارات تنظيمية قوية مع القدرة على أداء مهام متعددة
إتقان Microsoft Word وPowerPoint وExcel ومتصفحات الويب.
ظروف العمل: ساعات العمل: من 9:00 صباحًا إلى 6:00 مساءً يتخللها ساعة راحة. أيام الجمعة والسبت أجازة مكان العمل: مدينة نصر - القاهرة .
