At AOU Egypt, we brought this question to life through an interactive day full of insights, conversations, and real experiences.

- Career GPS with Dr. Marwa Wael
Students explored how to define their vision, navigate their career paths, and make intentional decisions about their future.

- Toxic Work Environment with Dr. Ibraheem El Ashy
An eye-opening session that helped both students and staff recognize the signs of unhealthy workplaces—and more importantly, what a healthy environment should truly look like.

The energy in the room said it all—high engagement, honest discussions, and moments that truly made an impact.

We were also honored to celebrate this day with the recognition of both speakers by Prof. Nagwa Younis, Vice President for Academic Affairs at AOU Egypt.
