Photography workshop with our Photo Club team 📷✨

Our Photo Walk Workshop brought together curious eyes, thoughtful conversations, and a shared love for storytelling through photography. Participants explored the streets of Cairo while learning about composition, light, perspective, and how to capture emotion in everyday moments.

The results speak for themselves. These photographs are stunning. From quiet architectural details to vibrant street scenes and human connection, every image reflects the creativity and unique perspective of the participants.

More than just taking pictures, the workshop became a chance to slow down, observe more carefully, and experience the city in a new way.

A special thank you to ._.soul for collaborating with our Photo Walk team and helping bring this experience to life 💛

Culture Connect: Between Spain & Egypt — Life Between Two Cultures 🌍✨

An evening of stories, perspectives, laughter, and meaningful conversations.

This edition of Culture Connect explored what it means to live between two cultures, navigating daily life, identity, traditions, language, and the small moments that shape our experiences between Spain and Egypt.

Through open discussion and shared reflections, participants connected over both the differences and surprising similarities between the two cultures.

At Bab, we believe that connection begins with conversation. Sometimes all it takes is one room, a few voices, and the willingness to listen. 💛

A warm and welcoming gathering where curiosity, listening, and cultural exchange come naturally.

What’s something from your culture you would love to share with the world? 🌿

Game Time for Kids at Bab 🎲🌟

An afternoon filled with laughter, teamwork, friendly competition, and lots of imagination. From Uno and Guess Who? to strategy games, card games, and playful challenges, every session brings children together through the joy of play.

Our small group format creates a warm and engaging space where kids can connect, think creatively, practice communication, and most importantly have fun.

At Bab, we believe learning doesn’t only happen through books or classrooms. Sometimes, it happens around a game table, through shared moments, quick thinking, and big laughs. 💛

Game Time for Kids takes place in English or French depending on the session, with a maximum of 5 children per group.
There’s no fixed weekly timing for now, so stay tuned to our schedule for upcoming sessions 🌿

What was your favorite game as a child? And who did you always love playing with? 👀

Pop-Up at Bab with .abuzaid 🌿

An evening of discovery, connection, and something a little different.

We gathered around, passed the cup, and shared more than just a drink and stories, curiosity, and a moment to slow down together. Not everyone expected the taste, but that’s part of the experience… stepping into something new, together.

At Bab, it’s not always about what you already love—it’s about what you’re open to exploring.

Would you try it? 👀

Bablio 📚 A Growing Library at Bab

Our shelves just got a beautiful upgrade and so did our library. You can see the before picture of our shelves on the last slide!

Bablio is Bab’s community library, built with care, generosity, and a shared love for reading. Over the past year, this space has grown into a collection of 1,000+ books in English and French, with more languages joining soon. And the best part every single book has been donated.

This is a space where books travel, stories are shared, and curiosity is always welcome. Borrowing is simple just pick a book, register it with the team, and enjoy it before returning it for someone else to discover.
