اجتماعين في الأسبوع لحل مشاكل الطلبة (مدة كل ميتنج 150 دقيقة).
نظام مستويات فردية: كل مستوى مدته 4 أسابيع.
بداية كل أسبوع بينزل: المحتوى + التكليفات (Tasks) + المتابعة.
إمكانية تجميد الدراسة والعودة لاحقًا لنفس المستوى ونفس الأسبوع.
Form أسبوعي لتسجيل الشكاوى والعمل على حلها.
متابعة دورية على مدار 24 ساعة للرد على جميع الأسئلة.
