𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆.
At Zaya Beach Clubhouse, the long coastal land became the idea that shaped the whole experience.

Instead of fighting the site, the design turns it into a journey:
• A clear spine guiding visitors from the entrance to the beach.
• Smooth transition from lively public spaces to calm private areas.
• Lagoon and clubhouse acting as the heart of the project with open waterfront views.

A new Aqua Park concept designed to bring families, entertainment, and active lifestyles together in one vibrant destination.

The design blends aqua play experiences, kids areas, family cabanas, sports zones, retail spaces, and shaded relaxation areas into a seamless environment where visitors can move naturally from activity to comfort.

Every space was carefully planned to create enjoyable moments for all age groups while ensuring smooth circulation, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the site.

This project represents our vision of designing places that people truly enjoy spending time in.

Introducing HAK Residence, a contemporary residential project designed by ILAC Architects.
The concept blends modern architecture with cultural identity through a façade inspired by traditional patterns. Perforated architectural panels shape the building’s character while filtering natural light and creating a dynamic play of light and shadow across the façade.
The project focuses on creating comfortable residential spaces while maintaining a strong architectural identity within its urban context.
HAK Residence reflects ILAC’s approach to design, where functionality, culture, and contemporary architecture come together to create meaningful spaces.
