When hiring a coach or trainer do you ask for credentials, why or why not? Not that a piece of paper makes a good coach, but it’s good practice to know their background and dedication to the craft.

It’s the little things!
Honestly, I feel more accomplished as a coach when people tell me their life got easier through the work we do together. Much more so than if someone reaches a PR...still cool to see, but not nearly as important as improving one’s way of life. Thankful to get to do what I do.
