Jeremy Lewis har været i København med et inspirerende skulderkurs. Evidensen siger at rehabilitering bør være ”treatment of choice” ved langt de fleste skuldersmerte problematikker. Men fokus på livsstilsfaktorer som blandt andet søvn, kosthold og generel fysisk aktivitet, og patientens tro på fysioterapi, er formodentlig også afgørende for et godt “outcome”.
