At Schnell Robotics we deal in digital twins based cobots. A digital twin or virtual modelling makes it easier to assess the usefulness of a cobot.

It also enables faster validation, programming and reconfiguration of cobots. A cobot is at its best when the right tasks are assigned to it and the process is carefully balanced between cobots and humans. Furthermore, a digital twin enables the visualization of the proposed solution in a computer simulation. The simulation can be used to assess productivity, generate a cobot control program, and make safety assessments as per ISO15066.
