8 years ago I started to have pains in my knees and as the years went by, the pains spread to all my joints. Being a dance teacher, it was a big hurdle in my professional life. But I didn't let my pains stop me. I had been to all the doctors and tried all the methods possible to get rid of my pains. But nothing helped. So for the last year I had kind of given up and thought I would have to live with my pains till my old age and finish crippled or in a wheel chair!!!
And then I met Sofia, who explained RTT to me and gave me hope again. The session I had with her was a life-changer! I not only realized why I had low self-esteem and the pains; but even realized that I had brought on the pains myself. Understanding the why and how of all the issues we touched together, made me see things in a whole new light. The recording she made for me was out of this world. Each word was tailor made for me, as if she knew exactly what I needed to hear. I listen to it everyday morning and night and its a moment that I look forward to and cant get enough of.
Towards the end of the session my pains had miraculously left my body!! I dont know what and how that happened but thats what really happened!! Over the next 3 weeks, so many changes have happened. The pains came back the next day as if they were afraid to leave but Sofia's after session mails, checking up on my progress, helped me understand and soon they were really GONE FOR GOOD!!
I have been doing stuff since the last 3 weeks that I never thought would be possible for me to do. I have been on 2 hiking weekends. No way could I have done that, as far back as last month!! And that too without any pains! I have been getting up every morning, very early, exercising and enjoying it. Whereas before it was a moment of pain! I can say that I even spend the whole day sometimes not thinking of my knees and then suddenly I say to myself hey "NO MORE PAINS".
I feel unstoppable and that I can do whatever I set my heart to, nothing is holding me back no more, not even myself!
On another subject a lot of issues with my mother came up in our session. My mother had never ever opened up to me or ever spoken to me about my childhood, our relationship was always never really close. But the day after my session with Sofia. I got a long message from my mom, explaining everything I needed to hear about my childhood and saying she loved me and was proud of me!!!! I didn't know where that came from. We hadn't spoken for months. And out of the blue, she sends me this message. I just couldn't believe it and till now consider it another one of the miracles following my session with Sofia. I have made my peace with my mom now.
Sofia is such and good and generous person, I feel so lucky to have found her and for the session I had with her. My life and changed and for the better, I feel so free and ready to take on the world, its amazing! I can't thank you enough for your professionnalisme and your kind heart Sofia. An essential part of my work is to help people become attentive to their needs. Because the world most of us grew up in did not create a space where our needs were valued and recognised. The result is often an adult human being gravely unaware of many of their basic needs (i.e. the elements necessary to effectively thrive within ourselves).
As we begin reconnecting with ourselves, we slowly discover that our needs are much more diverse than needing "food, shelter and sleep".
To me, one of the most fascinating things about reconnecting to our unique individual needs is the discovery of how some parts of us are simply CRAVING TO BE FED.
I personally experience this first hand when truly receiving a beautiful piece of music, feeling my soul being nourished by the sensiry experience. Or when engaging with a book or article that challenges or deepens my thinking and perceptible of the world. In that moment, I realise that my intellect is being fed which provides me a deep sense of fulfillment.
These experiences may sound quite abstract, but in that very moment of nourishment, the feeling is very similar to eating food after a significant amount of time fasting. The body provides you with very similar cues to when your stomach is satiated, and the sense of deep satisfaction is very real.
The more we tune into ourselves, the more we trust our inner longing without judging it, and the more we listen to our body's cues, the more our needs will be met.
This, to me, is the recipe to a fulfilling and meaningful existence 💖
➡️ If you quiet your mind for an instant, and listen to that voice within, what is a longing that you can notice? And what is one small step you can take to feed it?
The more fully you accept yourself, the more you release that magical power inside...
Today, I invite you go through your day with one question in mind, and in heart: how can I nourish myself this weekend?
No matter how many to do's and commitments you already have, carving time for JUST YOU is so important. Making sure to let yourself know that you care enough to ask the question, and to follow through with it
Believing that you can "ignore" your deep issues by simply choosing peace and "letting things go" is a lie. Your inner wounding will never just go away by itself, and will keep affecting your life in more ways than you realise, no matter how deeply you bury it.
What's more, it will inevitably resurface stronger than ever, and not at the most pleasant moment.
Consider your emotional triggers in the same way you look at those blinking signals on your car's dashboard. They might be annoying when they tell you that you're low on gas or need an oil check, but you know that dismissing them will only put you in a much more annoying situation.
So thank the triggers in your life when they show up, because they are always warning signs that something within you is needing your care and attention 💞⛽
NB: Self-contempt = all the words you're so used to saying to yourself they don't even sound mean or out of line.
You do not need validation. You ARE complete and whole.
This is a lesson in my life that keeps on giving, and keeps guiding me to deeper lays within myself. So much is attached to this need to be liked, validated, approved of. It can lead to self-doubt, people-pleasing... and eventually can take you all the way to self-abandon.
This is one at the core of the work I do with clients, and an area I continue to explore and heal again and again within myself. It can be the source of so much pain, but also opens the door to SO MUCH MORE!! Because in order to address this pain within us, there is no other way than truly healing our relationship with who we are
Be mindful of the assumptions you make. They are the breeding ground for your mind's stories.

Every day, we waste so much of our energy trying to be everything the outside world tells us we should be:
👉"You need to focus on one thing at a time!"
👉"If you want to be succesful, you should do these 5 things"
👉"Carbs are bad for you"
👉"You need to lose weight!"
👉"No one will take you seriously if x, y, z"
👉"You need to network with new people all the time"
👉"Step outside your comfort zone every day!"
And the list can go on and on... With many of these rules actually contradicting one another:
🤯 "Eat a low-carb diet!" - "Drop animal products!" - "Keto is what you need!" - "Eliminate fats!" 🤯
Do you know why everyone is so busy telling you what to do??
Because it worked for them, and they want to help you. They truly all mean well...
The problem is: WE ARE ALL UNIQUE!!! ✨
So what will work so well for some people will be the worst idea for others...
So... what should you do??
Learn to listen to your OWN User Manual: the voice within. 💖
This is where you will find all the answers, and learn to not only accept and embrace yourself as you are, but actually THRIVE in your own uniqueness!!!

"You are not enough!" is something that most of us hear within ourselves at one point or another. Except it usually doesn't sound that straightforward. So even though we KNOW how important it is to believe in ourselves, it can be so tricky to recognise the destructive messages from within.
For me it can sound something like "don't bother with your to do list today - better go for a long walk and take the day off". That doesn't really sound like "you're not enough", does it ??
Since I have built awareness and practice, I know to dig further and ask questions to my inner voices, and not take these impulses at face value ;-) So when I ask why I should skip my to do list today, I slowly unravel the story: "there's too much to do, not enough time, it's hopeless, you can't make it, there's no way, bla bla bla, you're not enough!!" (this is the short version - it can be really sneaky in trying to hide its real message).
Why is it so tricky in trying to hide its real message? Because that ego mind of ours is so focused on protecting us that it will do anything to hold us back from growing and bettering ourselves. That includes doing anything more than sheer survival.
And the "best part"? The ego mind has no issue with lying to us and deceiving us. Because it's all for the greater good, right??
And the better you become at noticing it, the better it is at masking it...
So, how do we tame the "you're not enough" voice if we can't always hear it?
Well, by counter-attacking with its direct opposite: "good enough" 😁
Doesn't sound too glamorous, does it? If you're a perfectionist or take pride in things when they are "beautifully done", then "good enough" will sound less than appealing to you... I get it!!
And yet, the deceiving ego voice can't sneak its way past it when you practice the "good enough" in every moment.
Example: you're in a rush to get out, but you wanted to mop the floor this morning. Without awareness, you could say "I don't have time to do it properly now, I'll do it later", well knowing that later won't come and that in a few days, you'll be beating yourself up for being a slob, a procrastinator, an inefficient adult, or whatever else. Opening the door to more "you're not enough! " messages.
BUT, if you're practicing the "good enough", you'll say, I only have 10 minutes this morning, but I'll quickly mop the floor anyway. It may not be done to perfection, but it's done, and it's "good enough" 😏
And each time you practice this, you are countering the destructive voices in your head with "I am good enough", and the sneaky voice can't go unnoticed when you practice that. THIS is how we reprogram our minds on the conscious level.

As a human being, expect to stumble sometimes. Also, expect to fall flat on your face sometimes.
It's all part of the experience, and it says nothing about you, about your worth, or about how far you've come in your journey.
All it says is that you are part of the Human experience.
So stop judging yourself, and learn to accept, embrace and love your human flaws.

Everyone's talking about it. You need to push your boundaries, go where it's unconfomfortable, and step outside your comfort zone. That 's "ᴛʜᴇ ᴏɴʟʏ ᴡᴀʏ ᴛᴏ ɢʀᴏᴡ".
Right ?? You've heard this, and you've probably tried to live by this, haven't you?
Well, here's the deal: YES, growth happens right at the edge of your comfort zone. Just as you can grow muscle by pushing to just beyond what your body has been used to, you can grow as a person by pushing just beyond what you've been used to doing.
Then your comfort zone, that kind of cushion that surrounds you and keeps you in a place that feels safe and secure, will keep expanding and growing bigger. And things that weren't comforting in the past will slowly become second nature.
But when is it a BAD idea??
Well, when your comfort zone isn't aligned with who you are!! When what you keep doing and repeating as familiar behaviour is actually not who you are meant to be, because you have been taught ways that are not yours!!
Because when that's the case (and it's the case for many more of us than we realise), then you're working on expanding more of something that's already wrong for you!!!
And without knowing or understanding why, the world keeps feeling more and more unsafe, and all you really want is to curl into a ball at the center of that comfort zone, and stop pushing already. Does that feeling sound familiar?
Yet the world is telling you that you need to keep pushing in order to become a "better human being", so you listen, and you keep pushing. And you keep being used to feeling uncomfortable, and shouting down all the voices inside telling you that this is wrong for you.
Until those voices are numb. Because you've shot down your inner compass, simply because you though that's what you were supposed to do.
Does any of this resonate??
If you feel this may be you, what can you do?
Well, for one, stop pushing. ✋
Second, turn inwards and have a serious look at that comfort zone. Does it really feel good to you? Is this where you are meant to be? Or does something feel off about what is supposed to be your "safety cushion"?
By asking yourself these questions, you are once again opening the door to your inner guidance. Showing interest to what happens inside, rather than constantly pushing towards the outside. And this is the very first step to awareness. And realising that your work may not be to expand this comfort zone just yet. But to rediscover it, and redesign it to make it the place you were meant to feel safe in 💖

ᗷᗴTᖇᗩYᗩᒪ is arguably one of the worst emotions we can feel as humans. Since our protective mind is always here to spare us from pain, it will do everything to prevent us from being betrayed. That is why real and authentic TᖇᑌՏT can be so difficult to achieve. Be it be Trust in someone, something, or even (and most importantly) ourselves.
It takes courage to trust again if you have experienced betrayal from others.
But recovering your own Տᗴᒪᖴ-TᖇᑌՏT is the single most powerful thing you can do for yourself. And the first step towards it is having an open and non-judgemental look at the ways you have betrayed yourself.
