Please be aware that BITLAB is also closed due to the restrictions.

We have observed that some people does not respect the Covid-19 restrictions inside the Lab.

Due to further restrictions being implemented from 7 December it's extremely important that you maintain distance between fellow students. Furthermore, remember all the other hygienic rules.

In case we cannot manage to comply to these restrictions BITLAB will be closed until 2 January 2021.

Dear Student,
We from the BITLAB team hope you are doing well.
Since the danish health system has been in great need of protective equipment BITLAB has utilized our 3D printer that is now printing non-stop protective gear together with many others across Denmark. Almost 3000 units are produced from 3D printing each day.

From CBS Administration:
As a consequence of the Prime Minister’s press conference about the corona virus, Wednesday evening, CBS closes campus down immediately as all other Danish Universities. All students and employees are asked to stay away from campus from now on until 27 March, until further notice.

This also means that all classes and other activities on campus are cancelled. Instead, we are working on ways to offer teaching online.

As soon as we have more information we will update my.cbs.dk and Canvas. Make sure to keep yourself updated on my.cbs.dk and Canvas.

Coronavirus Update from CBS:
CBS follows the instructions of the Danish Health Authority and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In addition to the steps already taken to minimize the spread of Coronavirus, CBS has initiated the following:

- Teaching activities with more than 200 students will from Wednesday 11 March take place online. In fact, a larger part of CBS' teaching activities will gradually take place online. We will begin with the largest classroom teaching activities and continue with the small classrooms.

- In some cases, teaching activities with less than 200 students will be moved to larger classrooms in order to increase the distance between the students.

- Until further notice, exams will still take place in the exam hall. However, only half the exam computers will set up for exams, so that the students will be seated on every other exam seat. The Study Boards may change some exam forms from sit-in exams to home assignments, if possible.

Office hour today will be from 16:00 to 17:00 - We are looking forward to welcome you.😁

Remember office hours at BITLAB today from 18:00 to 20:00.
Come and ask about equipment, 3D printing or any tech advice you might need for your project.
Also, feedback in relation to the lab is also in our interest to hear!

unfortunately Bitlab is no longer able to provide you with free printing. This is due to a too high usage which does not go along with CBS’s green environment policy.

As soon as the print supplies are finished, a payment solution will be implemented. This is the same solution based around campus at CBS.
