*PCR test is valid for 72 hours and must have enough time on it to last for your entire appointment
*antigen/quick test is valid for 48 hours and must also have enough time on it to last for your entire appointment
*Use common sense and come to your appointment by yourself
*symptoms of ANY sickness, please cancel and stay home
