⛔️This is NOT the truth, this is only a trick your mind plays on you!

🧠Your MIND is designed to always seek instant GRATIFICATION, which is only enhanced by way of SOCIETY today, it will seek the EASY way out and naturally prefer the LAZY approach contrary to being PUSHED

📺We’ve been conditioned to think that having that six pack or bikini body will bring us happiness, but if your mind is a mess it will not work

💯So you gotta TRAIN your brain just like any other muscle if you want to GROW
