For et stykke tid siden kørte vi rundt i Bourgogne fra det ene lille vinhus til det næste.

Over flere dage smagte vi mere end 100 forskellige Bourgogne-vine. Mange var gode. Nogle var virkelig gode.

Men én vin blev ved med at sidde i hovedet på os.

I en lille landsby tæt på Chablis besøgte vi Domaine Boussard — et lille familieejet domaine drevet af 4. generation. Ikke et stort flashy vinhus. Ingen turistbusser. Ingen smart marketing. Bare passion, tradition og kompromisløs kvalitet.

Da vi smagte deres Chardonnay “Cuvée Les Pierres Blanches 2024”, blev der helt stille rundt om bordet.

Det var præcis dét, man håber at finde, når man rejser til Bourgogne. Renhed. Mineralitet. Balance. En vin med personlighed og nerve.

Produktionen er meget lille, og flaskerne forsvinder hurtigt lokalt i Frankrig. Derfor tog vi en hurtig beslutning:

AN ELEGANT BURGUNDY CHARDONNAY WITH A CLEAR TERROIR SIGNATURE
LES PIERRES BLANCHES 2024 is a classic, mineral-driven Burgundy Chardonnay from Domaine Boussard, crafted on limestone-rich slopes near Chablis. The name – “the white stones” – refers to the vineyard’s distinctive soil, which shapes the wine’s character with finesse and purity. This is a wine that combines freshness, structure, and elegance in a style that appeals to both experienced wine connoisseurs and quality-conscious novices. It is an excellent companion to gastronomy, but also a wine that stands strong on its own. An authentic Burgundy with clear origins and great drinking pleasure.
AROMA & TASTE
In the glass, LES PIERRES BLANCHES 2024 appears with a clear, light golden color that suggests both ripeness and freshness. The nose opens with fine, elegant notes of citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit, quickly complemented by white flowers and a hint of green apples. Underlying this is a distinct minerality – almost chalky – characteristic of the Kimmeridgian soil layers in the area.

CLASSIC GRAND CRU CHAMPAGNE WITH PRECISION AND CHARACTER
Lucien Roguet Grand Cru No 1 Tradition is an elegant and terroir-driven champagne from the highly regarded Grand Cru commune of Mailly-Champagne in Montagne de Reims. Here, generations of craftsmanship combine with the area’s special chalk-rich soil and cool exposure, creating a champagne with finesse, freshness, and depth. The cuvée is made exclusively from grapes from the family’s own vineyards and represents the house’s signature style: balanced, pure, and uncompromisingly classic.
The blend consists primarily of Pinot Noir supplemented by Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, which gives a harmonious champagne with structure, freshness, and aromatic complexity. The result is a cuvée that shows why Mailly-Champagne is considered one of the most sought-after villages in the entire region.
