The BLOOM Bun has been on our menu since day one, and it’s the kind of dish that defines brunch at BLOOM.
A homemade brioche bun layered with golden potato rösti, crispy bacon from , raclette cheese from Savoie, and a perfectly fried egg from . Served with our fresh cabbage & walnut slaw, it’s a true staple that’s here to stay!
