Rossinis „Petite Messe solenelle“ is one of my two favorite masses (the other one the b minor Mass by Bach).
It also a great pleasure to work with Tristan Meister, one of the most interesting young choral conductors in Germany in my opinion. (An alumni of the SHMDK Mannheim). And of course a great pleasure to have our wonderful Johannes Michel at the Harmonium.

After the Benjamin Britten Recital today in the Epiphaniaskirche with the wonderful Shachar Lavi .ms, Kan Roelof Wolthuis () and Angela Wendt ().
A great bonus: most of my lovely students came to the concert and we took a picture together at the place, where they usually sing. 😄

Leonard Bernstein „Trouble in Tahiti“ at the Theater Krefeld. It is a double feature with „Herzog Blaubarts Burg“, set in a huge hybrid kitchen.

Am 19.4.26 singe ich mit meinem lieben alten Freund und Klavierpartner Jan Roelof Wolthuis einen Liederabend zum 100. Geburtstag von Benjamin Britten in der Kulturkirche Epiphanias in Mannheim Feudenheim.

Mit dabei ist die Mezzosopranistin Shachar Lavi vom NTM.

Es lohnt sich zu kommen.

I am doing a masterclass again this summer. From the 31st of July until the 7th of August er will work for a week. Every lesson will be accompanied by the wonderful Jan Roelof Wolthuis.
