So… here are the results!!
Honored and grateful to have baked three wedding cakes (two vegan!) and one birthday cake in just two days!
It took over 7h to bake all the cake layers (baking for 9 times...), and I had so much adrenaline and excitement that I completely forgot to eat all day😄
I’m beyond grateful for the trust and love from these wonderful couples, and I truly hope my cakes added a little extra happiness to their special day💖🎂

A twist on the classic Tarte Tatin, featuring seasonal persimmons!
The base is a familiar crème d’amande tart, topped with slow-cooked, tender persimmons. Simple, seasonal, and utterly delicious.
柿タタン🍂
タルト・タタンの柿バージョン。
土台はお馴染みのクレームダマンドを焼き込んだタルトに、旬の柿をじっくり煮込んで冷やすだけ。
寒くなる季節にぴったりなおやつ。
