We are supporting the MIT Enterprise Forum, Pan Arab Region's ReACT Hub, an MIT initiative that hosts all refugee focused initiatives on MIT Campus. This initiative aggregates best-of-breed technology, innovations, and real world applications to give displaced populations access to quality education and to facilitate their professional integration into the global workforce.
Their first major initiative is set to launch next January 2018 in Amman: the MIT Refugee MicroMaster degree in Computer Science for 50-60 refugees, done through a well support blended learning model.

About the MIT reACT Hub Refugee Masters Program:
The program is designed to offer refugee learners the opportunity to receive creditable courses in computer programing. The one month program will be held in Amman-Jordan. By the time the refugee students depart Jordan, at the end of January, they will be proficient online and have clear
expectations for the deliverables during the year ahead.
A series of Master’s-level courses to enable refugees to obtain a MIT certification and match them with a corporate partner
or enable them to study further. Refugee Masters are credit-eligible, provide in-demand knowledge and may be applied to accelerate a Master’s Degree.

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology Refugee Action Hub, is an institute-wide effort to develop global education programs that target the needs of displaced populations and refugees.
